Blue clients can easily request security service in one of three ways: phone, email or online. Requests are processed through our 24/7/365 dispatch team in Roanoke, VA. Once our dispatch team receives the request, an email is sent to the client confirming that dispatch is working to obtain coverage. Each request is also immediately placed into the Blue purpose-built queue so it is prioritized with the proper amount of urgency.

With Blue, you receive security services at a national level while being serviced by locally owned and operated businesses passionate about security. Typically, our vendors are small to regional service providers founded by former police or military. Invoices are based on confirmed time worked rather than projected time or estimates because an effective security program shouldn’t come with surprises.
Through Blue technology, all security officers are required to clock in using their smartphone or an onsite caller ID verified phone along with a unique 4-digit pin. Blue can GPS verify that the officer is at your site and our system then sends a link to their smartphone to finish the clock in the process. The officer must be within 400 yards of the client’s location to successfully clock in. These steps ensure that officers only clock in when they arrive. In addition, billing is handled in real-time and offers options to fit the client’s individual needs. For example, Blue can provide one invoice every week including all sites covered or an invoice per location each week.
